DMCA Policy

Cinemors respects the intellectual property rights of rights holders and responds to valid claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.

Scope and Purpose

This policy explains the procedures we follow when we receive allegations of copyright infringement, including how to submit a takedown notice, how we evaluate claims, and how users can submit a counter-notice if they believe content was removed in error.

Notice Requirements

To be effective, a takedown notice must be a written communication that includes: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (2) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and sufficient information to locate it on our site; (3) contact information for the complaining party; (4) a statement that the complaining party believes in good faith that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (6) the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Cinemors maintains a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are repeat infringers. We will disable accounts or take other measures when repeat infringement is documented or reasonably suspected.

How to Submit a Takedown or Counter-Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, please submit a takedown notice that complies with the DMCA requirements described above. For guidance on preparing a proper copyright complaint you may consult resources such as Google's copyright help (https://support.google.com/legal/troubleshooter/1114905) and the U.S. Copyright Office (https://www.copyright.gov/). Cinemors will process valid notices promptly and will take action as required by law.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Send your DMCA takedown notice via email to our designated agent or to the postal address provided below; include all elements listed in "Notice Requirements" and identify the precise location of the allegedly infringing material on our service (URL or other direct reference).

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes: (1) identification of the removed material and its former location; (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; (3) your contact information and consent to jurisdiction in the specified forum; and (4) your physical or electronic signature. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material subject to compliance with applicable law.
